Natalie Gialluca, based in New York City, is an award-winning visual content creator and photo producer known for her expertise in directing celebrity and fashion shoots. With over fifteen years of experience, she has produced photography for editorial and advertising clients ranging from national magazines to digital platforms. Currently Senior Visuals Editor at Vanity Fair, Natalie’s career includes accolades from The Society of Publication Designers and ASME, and she plays an active role at SPD, where she hosts their podcast and serves on the Advisory Board. 

Jenn McManus is the Executive Director of Global 360 Creative at Clinique, Estee Lauder Companies, where she oversees the global creative team in conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns worldwide. With a background as an editorial art director at Martha Stewart Living and Conde Nast, Jenn brings a wealth of experience in design and brand strategy. She graduated from Boston University with a degree in Journalism and is dedicated to leveraging design systems and brand style guides to drive impactful design strategies.
