All cancellations received more than 30 days before the event start date are subject to a $35 fee for processing the ticket cancellation. Cancellations processed 30 – 3 days prior to the start date will be refunded 50% of the order total. There are no cancellations accepted within 3 days of the event.
PHOTOVERSE tickets may be transferred up to 3 days prior to the start of the event. To request a transfer or change the participant’s information, the original purchaser (billing contact) will need to email the request along with the order number to photoverse@santafeworkshops.com. Additional order details may be required for verification.
Additional information regarding PHOTOVERSE will be emailed to the participant 30 days prior to the start of the event.
PHOTOVERSE utilizes Zoom Events platform and will be conducted live. High speed internet is necessary to access and participate in the event.
Keynote presentations and seminars will be recorded and available to participants for 21 days beginning Monday, October 28. Additional information pertaining to recordings will be communicated to participants during the event.
